CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

As a young company, we want to set a basis to allow sustainable growth. This also refers to our corporate values, which follow a responsible management style. It is precisely because we are building this project that we have decided from the beginning on a concept of success that we can believe and take pride in. For this reason, our budget includes a modest and reasonable line item in the chapter on Corporate Social Responsibility

A responsible management style

As a young company, we want to set a basis to allow sustainable growth. This also refers to our corporate values, which follow a responsible management style. It is precisely because we are building this project that we have decided from the beginning on a concept of success that we can believe and take pride in. For this reason, following UN criteria and guidelines, our budget includes a modest and reasonable line item in the chapter on Corporate Social Responsibility.

International Cooperation

We also collaborate with the Agenda Pública Think-Tank-Platform in Madrid, Barcelona Global, the Círculo de Economia, as well as the Fundación Edad&Vida, a non-profit dedicated to silver economy projects in Spain. The Company also cooperates with the UN DiN VIC (United Nations Disability Network at the Vienna International Centre), developing initiatives to foster merit-based opportunities and talent management, as well as specific programs, especially related to the so-called Inspirational Role Models.

Casals’Company is also active in the fields of new technologies, digitalization and ethics of generative artificial intelligence (AI). Furthermore, it complies with section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act of 2015, to ensure that human trafficking and slavery have no place in its business or supply chain. The Company adheres to the declaration of the Concordia Club of Vienna.

Likewise, the Company cooperates with UNICEF), the ÖGAVN (Foreign Policy and United Nations Association of Austria), and the Fundación Obra Mercedaria —with social projects in Europe, Africa and the Americas, belonging to the Roman Catholic Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mercy, created 800 years ago under the auspices of the Kings of Aragon—, among other organizations.
